Therapy is a space where you can slow down, be honest, and make room for the parts of life that feel complicated or hard to understand. People come to me with anxiety, relationship strain, a shaky sense of self-worth, a big life change, or simply the feeling of being stuck.
You don't have to figure it all out alone, and you don't have to arrive with the right words. You are the expert on your own life. My job is to listen closely, ask good questions, and help you see the patterns underneath what's happening.
I also believe therapy can hold the lighter moments. I bring warmth, curiosity and a little humor into the room, because sometimes laughing makes the hard parts easier to carry.
